Situation #1:
Leilani was proactive because she didn't ramble on and on about not enough time and making up excuses. She told the truth and asked for a fair deal instead of getting all messed up. She thought before she acted
Situation #2:
Karl was reactive, because he didn't try to calm down his feelings and just went along complaining and whining according to his feelings. He didn't think before he act.
Situation #3:
Brittany was proactive, because she didn't just sit there and sulk about not being able to get a part in the school play, but found an alternative for herself and in turn, had fun. She thought before she acted.
