Lesson 7: Proactive Language

Scenario A:

If I was reactive, I would say that I will never be her friend anymore and will go start all spazzing.

If I was proactive, I would ask her if what she said was true and ask her to apologize to me.

Scenario B:

If I was reactive, I would start whining and complaining and maybe evne throwing a fit that would disrupt the situation even more.

If I was proactive, I would ask her to start listening to me and sort everything out fairly.
